We offer comfortable accommodation in a rustic and tranquil environment. Two double rooms with full en suite bathroom and own private entrance.  One room has a queen size bed and the other  room has two single beds.  French doors lead from your room onto a covered patio with a braai (BBQ) and to the deck, steps down from the deck to the pool area.  Relax in the garden, at the pool and listen to the many indigenous birds.

A wooden hut in the garden has a shower room and is situated next to the pool.  It has a queen size bed and fridge, coffee/tea tray, ceiling fan and aircon.

Full breakfast is served every morning.  Tea & Coffee tray and rusks in the room. A fridge on the stoep  to keep your drinks cool.

Elly’s Bed & Breakfast was started when your host, Elly Genang, bought this lovely property in 2011 and promptly moved to Darling in the Western Cape. Darling is a wonderful place to unwind and forget about the city stresses. It is surrounded by typical Swartland farms of which the mainstay activities would include: Wheat-, Lupin-, Dairy-, Nguni Cattle-, Sheep- and ofcourse Olive- and fine Wine farming.  Evita’s Perron is a must visit and now we have Darling Brew.

About your host: Elly was born & raised in the Netherlands, but has spent most of her adult life in South Africa. She is renowned for her cooking & baking skills and will make any guest feel right at home, all be it with a touch of Dutch!
